What You’ll Earn

When someone you refer books a qualifying trip of $2,500 or more:

Booking Value (before tax) Your Reward
$2,500 – $4,999 $50 Travel Credit
$5,000 – $9,999 $100 Travel Credit
$10,000+ $150 Travel Credit

🎁 Milestone Bonus:

After 5 referred clients complete their trips, you’ll receive a complimentary excursion or private transfer on your next adventure—based on the total value of their bookings.

EpicVentures Travel Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

Eligibility:

  • Open to new clients booking with EpicVentures Travel for the first time.
  • The referrer’s name must be mentioned at the time of inquiry or booking.
  • Referrals submitted after booking confirmation do not qualify.

Reward Criteria:

  • The referred client’s trip must have a pre-tax value of $2,500 or more to qualify.
  • Airfare counts toward the total only when booked as part of a package that includes a hotel or cruise.
  • Service fees are excluded from the trip value calculation.
  • The referred client’s trip must be a separate booking from the referrer’s own travel; shared or combined trips do not qualify.
  • Group bookings (including weddings, reunions, or incentive travel) are excluded, as group travel has its own perks and benefits program. Please inquire, if interested.

Credit Issuance:

  • Referral credits are awarded after the referred client completes travel.
  • Credits are valid for 24 months, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

Milestone Bonus:

  • After five (5) successful referrals, enjoy a complimentary excursion or private transfer on your next booked trip with EpicVentures Travel, based on the total value of referred bookings.

Program Details:

  • Effective November 1, 2025.
  • Unlimited referrals — earn rewards for each qualifying referral.
  • EpicVentures Travel LLC reserves the reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program or its terms at any time without prior notice. Decisions regarding eligibility and reward issuance are at the sole discretion of EpicVentures Travel LLC and are final.
